Italian Salad Stuffed Pasta Shells


Ingredients: ( 6 servings)

6 jumbo pasta shells, cooked al dente
6 slices turkey pepperoni, cut into quarters
6 grape tomatoes, cut into quarters
1/2 c cucumbers, chopped
2 Tbsp black olives, sliced
2 Tbsp red onions, diced
1 light string cheese, chopped
1 Tbsp fat free Italian dressing
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Prep:

1. Drain pasta shells and blot dry with paper towels.
2. In a bowl, mix together all the other ingredients.
3. Carefully fill pasta shells with mixture and serve at room temp.
