Sweet Potato Hummus
Ingredients: (12 servings)
1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 c mashed sweet potatoes, cooked
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp fat free mayo
1 close garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Prep:
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Serve with chips and veggies.
