Egg White Salad
Ingredients:
2 hard boiled eggs, whites only, chopped
1/2 c cucumbers, chopped
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
Prep:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Chill for 30 min and serve on crackers.
